Ward was the very first daughter born in MonroeLouisiana, on the 15th of April 1976. Monroe Christian School was her private Christian primary school. For her secondary education, Ward began at Ouachita High School, but then transferred into River Oaks High School during the summer following her junior year. She was a student at Northeast Louisiana University briefly after graduation. When she was thirteen years old, Ward began modeling, leaving the school and relocating into New York in order to accomplish this. After a few years, she decided to try her hand at acting. In the 70s, Ward had a small part that was not credited in the soap opera daytime All My Children. Then she was offered a brief role as NBC's prime time teen-drama Malibu Shores. Then, in late 1996Ward landed a role in the daytime soap opera Sunset Beach where she portrayed the virginal Meg Cummings. In 1999, Ward began her film career playing Brittany Foster, the psychotic Brittany Foster of the erotic comedy The In Crowd. In theaters the film was not a success, but it did have some popularity on the cable market and on DVD. Ward had a role as a backup in Shallow Hal the following year. Ward also appeared as a guest in several TV shows and direct-to dvd movies. In 2009she was cast in the role of Chloe Kmet, the mother to a young girl in the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It. She has a personal life that includes marriage to director David C. Robinson. They have one son named Cameron.
